Pool Party Packages

Pool Party venues don't get much better than this, with great amenities perfect for the kids or adults looking for a relaxing time.

This package includes party cabana rental includes seating for up to 40 guests, an outdoor kitchen with a large gas grill, sink, mini-fridge, coolers, plus a bathroom with a shower. It includes private use of the adjacent shallow water pool (14x27ft big BUT only 3.6ft deep) and water slide it’s perfect for kids' pool parties You can bring your own food and drinks.

 THINGS TO NOTE: 

• MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO BOOK!
• Our property is 5 stories tall and built into the Maxwell Hill cliff front, while it boasts amazing ocean views it also comes with a lot of stairs. The pool & party cabana are on level 1 which is 4 flights of stairs down from the top entrance at 19 Maxwell Hill Road and 1 flight of stairs up from the bottom entrance at 19 Moravian Gardens. IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AT PARADISE POINT.
• Interior renovations on level 5 and level 4 might be occurring during stays. some noise may be experienced Monday-Friday 10 am-6 pm. We make every attempt to keep noise to a minimum while guests are in the building but as we expand some noise is unavoidable.
• There is an Outdoor Kitchen with a Grill in the Poolside Cabana and a bathroom with a shower. 
• The pool is surrounded by charging ports and FREE WIFI for up to 3 devices.
• The pool is only 3.5ft deep and has a Children's Waterslide.
•  This is a self-service/self-check-in establishment. There is no full-time staff at the property
• All payments made on our website are submitted in USD and are subject to your local bank's local exchange rate & foreign currency taxes/fees.
• By making the booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our BOOKING TERMS BELOW.

INCLUDED FURNITURE: 

2 Bar stools
3 Day beds (they are set up as double-ended sofas so you can seat 8 ppl on each)
6 Block end table stools
10 white chairs
4 Pool Loungers
4 tables 2x5ft
1 bar table 3x9 feet

OUTDOOR KITCHEN:
1 bar sink; 1 gas grill with gas provided (you can put pots on it and use it as a stove); 1 mini fridge (only 16" wide, please note cakes larger than 15" wide will not fit in the fridge); 1 medium-sized cooler.

**Please note, ONLY the furniture above is provided. There is no freezer. We DO NOT provide any decorations, tablecloths, cutlery, lighters, candles, plates, napkins, cups, or ice. Please ensure to bring all items required for your party.

You are free to move furniture around or bring your own furniture. However, all furniture must be placed back in its original position at the end of the party to get back your $100 USD Refundable Damage Deposit

You get 1 free hour for setup before the party. 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS AT PARADISE POINT BARBADOS

We make every attempt to keep noise to a minimum while guests are in the building, but as we expand some noise is unavoidable.

PAYMENTS:

• All bookings are first paid first booked with a 25% non-refundable, non-transferable downpayment + $100 USD refundable security deposit.
• Payments can be made via PayPal only. 
• The REMAINING BALANCE DUE 1 WEEK BEFORE PARTY. Paradise Point reserves the right to cancel bookings not paid in full by the 1 week's deadline. Bookings canceled due to non-payment will forfeit any payments made. 
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise. There is a $100 USD change of date fee, per change, should you need to reschedule the date after your booking has been confirmed.
• Should government covid protocols change preventing lime from occurring payments would be eligible for a free transfer for new dates or new types of booking such as staycations or pool passes.
• Should COVID-19 protocols change allowing fewer people then pool lime numbers would be lowered.
• All payments made on our website are submitted in USD and are subject to your local bank's local exchange rate & foreign currency taxes/fees.
• Extra guests cost $5 USD per person after 40 guests, up to 10 extra guests allowed.
• Must be over 18 to book. If under 18 a parent or guardian must make the booking for you.

$100 USD REFUNDABLE SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
The $100 USD Security/Damage Deposit will be refunded to you online within 72 hours of the end of the event upon confirmation that there has been no damage to the property.

• You check out at the agreed time and the number of people is not over the agreed.
• No confetti/glitter. NO DAMAGE. No thumbtacks are used in decorating (safety risk)
• No glass by or in the pool (safety risk) .. please keep glass bottles by the bar and serve in plastic cups.
• No smoking inside the pool/cabana/bathroom
• You clean up after yourself (including gas grill, coolers, and mini-fridge if used) and take all trash to the curb
• PLEASE NOTE: PARENTS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ABOVE THE $100 USD DAMAGE DEPOSIT. 

RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD RESTRICTIONS:

• ALL events/parties must end by 10 pm.
• Parking for up to 12 cars on the neighbor's lot at the top entrance. Additional parking at $5 USD/car.
• Please ensure your guests do not block neighbors' driveways at the bottom entrance at any point during the party (including unloading, packing up, drop-offs or pickups, etc.)
• Please ensure your guests leave the neighborhood quietly without trespassing on neighbors' property or continuing the party in the streets.
• There is Electric vehicle charging at an additional cost.
• ALL TERMS are subject to the Government's Covid Emergency Management Laws

MUSIC RESTRICTIONS:

• NO LOUD MUSIC IS ALLOWED. 
• We are unable to accommodate DJs and really loud sound systems out of respect for neighbors and other guests. If desired a Bluetooth speaker can be checked out free of charge. Speakers must be returned at check out in working condition to receive your security deposit.

SAFETY RESTRICTIONS:

• There is no lifeguard on duty, but you are welcome to bring your own lifeguard and it will not count towards your maximum occupancy.
• The pool is shallow but parents MUST supervise their kids.
• If you want us to turn on the water slide you agree that only KIDS b/w 40lbs - 175lbs will use it and that an adult will supervise kids going down the slide.
• Please ensure guests follow all covid guidelines including sanitizing or washing hands at entry and before eating and wearing masks when socializing outside of the pool. (PLEASE DO NOT WEAR A MASK INSIDE THE POOL AS IT IS DANGEROUS)
