Rooftop Deck Rental

Our Basic Rooftop Deck rental includes:

• 5-hour brunch, lunch, or dinner rental for 15 guests - 20 guests. 

 THINGS TO NOTE: 

• Our property is 5 stories tall and built into the Maxwell Hill cliff front, while it boasts amazing ocean views it also comes with a lot of stairs. The rooftop deck is on level 3 which is 2 flights of stairs down from the top entrance at 19 Maxwell Hill Road and 3 flights of stairs up from the bottom entrance at 19 Moravian Gardens. IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AT PARADISE POINT. 

•  This is a self-service/self-check-in establishment. There is no full-time staff at the property

• ONLY the furniture options below can be provided. There is NO kitchen, refrigerator, or freezer access. We DO NOT provide any decorations, tablecloths, cutlery, lighters, candles, plates, napkins, cups, or ice. Please ensure to bring all food and any items required for your party.

  FURNITURE OPTIONS OF: 

A - A mix of lounge day beds, bar stools, and tables and chairs for a cocktail set up to accommodate up to 20ppl OR

B - Tables and chairs in banquet set up to accommodate up to 15ppl  

• By making the booking, you confirm that you have read our BOOKING TERMS BELOW.

 N.B:

•  Add your furniture package selection A or B to the notes.
• Add your preferred 5-hour time slot into the 'NOTES' section when making your booking. IE: timeslot preference: x - x 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ROOFTOP DECK RENTAL TERMS:

 **Interior renovations on level 5 and level 4 might be occurring during stays. some noise may be experienced Monday-Friday 10 am-6 pm. We make every attempt to keep noise to a minimum while guests are in the building but as we expand some noise is unavoidable.

ROOFTOP DECK RENTAL TERMS:

PAYMENTS:

• All bookings are first paid first booked with a 25% non-refundable, non-transferable payment + $100 USD refundable security deposit. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE 1 WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT.
  REMAINING BALANCE DUE 1 WEEK BEFORE EVENT along with a $100 USD Refundable security deposit.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. ($100 USD change of date fee, per change, should you need to reschedule the date after booking.) If a change in government covid protocols affects booking payments can transfer for free to new dates/times or new types of booking such as staycations, pool passes, and pool limes/parties.
• All payments made on our website are submitted in USD and are subject to your local bank's local exchange rate & foreign currency taxes/fees.
• Must be over 18 to book. If under 18 a parent or guardian must make the booking for you.

$100 USD REFUNDABLE SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT:

The $100 USD Security/Damage Deposit will be refunded to you online within 72 hours of the end of the event upon confirmation that there has been no damage to the property.

• You check out at the agreed time and the number of people is not over the agreed amount.
• No confetti/glitter. NO DAMAGE.
• No glass by or in the jacuzzi (safety risk).
• You clean up after yourself (including any decorations if used) + take the trash to the curb.

PLEASE NOTE, GUESTS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ABOVE THE $100 USD DAMAGE DEPOSIT. 

RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD RESTRICTIONS:

• Parking on the neighbor’s lot for up 10 cars is included (additional cars at $5/car)
• Please ensure your guests do not block the neighbor’s driveway AT ANY POINT during the event (including unloading, packing up, drop-offs or pickups, etc, etc)
  Please ensure your guests leave the neighborhood quietly without trespassing on neighbors' property or continuing the event in the street.

MUSIC RESTRICTIONS:

• We are unable to accommodate DJs and really loud sound systems out of respect for neighbors and other guests.
  If desired a Bluetooth speaker can be checked out free of charge. Speakers must be returned at check out in working condition to be returned the security deposit.

SAFETY RESTRICTIONS:

• Please ensure guests follow all covid guidelines including sanitizing or washing hands at entry and before eating and wearing masks when socializing away from tables.

TIME RESTRICTIONS:
30 min before and after rental slots have been provided for setup/decor/clean up. If additional time is needed it can be purchased at $25 USD/hr.
BRUNCH 9am to 2pm (or earlier)
LUNCH 11am to 4pm
DINNER 5pm to 10pm

• ALL EVENTS MUST END BY 10 PM.
• NO POOL OR APT ACCESS PROVIDED!
