GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS AT PARADISE POINT BARBADOS

 BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

  • The reservation is binding once it has been confirmed and a reservation number has been provided. To confirm your booking, a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required, along with a $100 USD Refundable Security Deposit. The remaining 50% of your non-refundable, non-transferable payment is due 10 DAYS before check-in.

    ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

  • The apartment will be available on the day of arrival at 4:00 p.m. at the earliest unless another time has been indicated. Check-out from the room must take place by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.

CANCELLATION 

Please note that all bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE. If the customer cancels their reservation they will NOT be entitled to a refund of payment, transfer of credit, or change of date. We recommend that our guests take out travel insurance against any possible cancellation or trip disturbance due to emergencies such as, but not limited to health issues, death in the family, scheduling conflicts, weather issues, flight disturbances, etc.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Your Damage Deposit will be refunded to you electronically within 72 hours after turnover cleaning and inspection provided you:

  • Check out by the agreed date/time

  • Do not smoke inside your apartment (smoking is allowed on patios or by the pool cabanas)

  • No glass in the pool

  • No more than your max apt occupancy + TWO [2] free visitors at a time (unless add-on passes or event rentals have been booked) 

  • There's no damage to the apartment or common areas.

  • Clean up after yourself in common areas. 

  • There is no excessive cleaning in apt or common areas (for example caused by limes/parties/gatherings) or stained linens/towels with sunscreen, makeup/food that can't be removed.

 GUESTS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ABOVE THE $100 USD DAMAGE DEPOSIT. 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • NO minors without a parent/guardian.

  • Please note, for safety & liability reasons we cannot accept pets for short-term stays. For long-term monthly rentals, pets are accepted on a case-by-case scenario with renters insurance purchased and the pet kept leashed while in common areas.

  • Children are included in the maximum room occupancy.

  • Please note there is limited off-street parking and parking is at your own RISK.

  • Electric vehicle charging at additional cost.

  • Exterior renovations of our top entrance on level 5 and level 3 might be occurring during stays. some noise may be experienced Monday-Friday 10 am-6 pm. We make every attempt to keep noise to a minimum while guests are in the building, but as we expand some noise is unavoidable

  • The pool and/or rooftop deck may be closed for up to 6 hours a day for private functions, most commonly on weekends and bank holidays.

  • Additional visitors come at a fee of $25 USD per person. Alternatively, you can add on pool limes ($300 USD for 20 persons for up to 4 hours) or Roof Top Deck Limes ($150 USD for 20 persons for up to 4 hours.)

  • ALL TERMS are subject to the Government's Covid Emergency Management Laws
