WHAT’S INCLUDED:

6-hour shared access to the pool and poolside cabana, an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and mini-fridge, a bathroom with a shower, free Wi-Fi and charging ports, a children’s waterslide, the jacuzzi and plenty of space to lounge with stunning ocean views.

Starting at $25 USD per person.

OUTDOOR KITCHEN INCLUDES:

  • Bar sink

  • Gas grill (gas provided; suitable for stovetop cooking)

  • Mini fridge (16" wide; cakes larger than 15" will not fit)

  • Medium-sized cooler

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Pool passes are available Monday to Friday only

  • Weekends and public holidays are excluded

  • All Children are full price

  • Must be 18+ to book

  • No minors (UNDER 18) allowed without a parent or guardian

  • Guests have access to 1 day bed/table per group

  • Exchange rates and any applicable foreign transaction or bank processing fees are determined by your financial institution.
    We are unable to control or accept responsibility for additional charges applied during currency conversion or payment processing.

Accessibility & Property Info:

  • Paradise Point is a 5-story cliffside property

  • The pool and cabana are located on Level 1

    • 4 flights of stairs down from 19 Maxwell Hill Road

    • 1 flight of stairs up from 19 Moravian Gardens

  • This venue is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges

  • Construction may occur on Levels 4–5, Mon–Fri, 10 AM–6 PM. Some noise is possible.

Payments & Deposits:

  • Full paymentis required at the time of booking

  • All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • $50 USD refundable damage deposit required

    • Refunded within 72 hours of checkout if:

      • No damage

      • No rule violations

      • Clean-up is complete

House Rules:

  • No glass in/around pool (serve from plastic cups)

  • No confetti, glitter, or thumbtacks

  • No smoking in pool/cabana/bathroom

  • No loud music or DJs (Bluetooth speaker available)

  • No lifeguard on duty – adults must supervise children

  • Waterslide use for kids 40–175 lbs under adult supervision

  • Clean grill, mini-fridge, and take trash to the curb before departure

  • Parking for up to 12 cars (top entrance)

  • Cakes larger than the our mini-fridge cannot be accommodated. (anything bigger than 15” will not fit).

  • Extra parking: $5 USD per vehicle

  • EV charging available (additional fee)

  • All payments are in USD and processed via Stripe. Your bank's exchange rates and fees may apply.Foreign exchange rates/taxes may apply
